Communication consulting, working out a positioning and development concept, organizing and holding a press conference
The Business League provided integrated communication services for the
major Russian chain retailers composing the “777-777+” pool. The
implemented program launched the pool into the market and positioned it
successfully among broad targeted consumer audiences. The pool
comprises the following trade marks: “M-Video”, “Arbat Prestige”,
“Sportmaster”, Starik Hottabych”, “Sedmoy Kontinent”, “Kuda.ru”, “MVO”.
To implement the project the Business League effectively used various creative and managerial resources:
- Monitored and analyzed problems in retail industry, determined niches and areas of the pool communication development;
- Worked out the general concept of the pool positioning and development;
- Prepared a thematic plan and scenario for a special press conference;
- Organized large-scale informational support to the pool in the federal and professional media (more than 30 publications);
- Formed the positive perception of the pool by key target audiences: journalists, consumers and business community.
As a result, the project became conceptual and constructive. The press
conference held by the Business League produced a wide public response,
attracted consumers’ attention, and “777-777+” pool members got a new
vision of development prospects.
