The conference held at the Moscow Government building in Novy Arbat Street was organized by Business League Communication Group, Committee on Financial Markets and Credit Organizations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF, European Business Club. The conference was opened by Anatolii Gavrilenko, Chairman of the Committee on Stock Market, Derivative Financial Tools and Electronic Commerce of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
